📚 A FUTURE FOR THE YOUTH OF KOULBILA 📚

Our project aims to ensure safe and accessible education for students in Koulbila, a village located in the brousse of Burkina Faso, as well as for young people from 13 neighboring villages (Maigretenga, Signoghin, Pengdwende, Satè, Yargo, Kolokom, V8, V7, V6, Bassi Zanga, Sargo, Watinoma, Gondogo).

🏫 THE SCHOOL TODAY

Currently, the school hosts 290 students, but part of the building is unusable due to severe structural damage. Over 13 years of operation, heavy rains and strong winds have compromised the roofs and fixtures, making a complete renovation essential.

🔧 PLANNED ACTIONS

To provide a safe and functional learning environment, we will carry out:

✅ Roof and floor renovations

✅ Repair of cracks in interior and exterior walls

✅ Plastering and repainting of buildings

✅ Reconstruction of the well and latrines

✅ Repair or replacement of fixtures

🎓 A SCHOOL FOR EVERYONE

Although privately funded, the school is recognized by the State and follows the national curriculum. Thanks to this intervention, it will be able to welcome not only local students but also internally displaced children, victims of terrorist violence.
